Fertility, Prenatal, and Postpartum Wellness
Making the correct lifestyle choices can have a positive effect on your fertility and pregnancy. A mother’s wellbeing has a direct and long-lasting impact on your baby and determines their risk for health problems throughout their childhood and adulthood.
Whether you are trying to conceive or are already pregnant, as a facilitator of mindset and behavior change, in our Fertility, Prenatal, and Postpartum Wellness coaching program, I will help you develop a personalized wellness plan to manage stress, create positive feelings and emotions before, during and after pregnancy. Through a individualized approach, we will incorporate natural food and mindful eating, movement, and exercise, while we identify and understand the physiological changes your body undergoes, and learn how to manage common ailments during pregnancy to prevent complications.
During postpartum, I will help you focus on ways to heal, optimize your recovery, and replenish nutrition to help you achieve an emotionally and physically healthier life and a positive transition into parenthood.
I also work with all members of your health care team and can offer a personalized set of recommendations that you and your OBGYN can implement together to achieve your health goals.
