Culinary medicine coaching is the nutritional therapy you need to complement all areas of health and wellness. From pre-natal to senior life, scientific evidence supports that eating nutrient-dense food improves your mental and physical health. There is no one-size-fits-all diet when it comes to nutrition. I offer a one-on-one individualized approach through careful listening and compassionate guidance.

I provide you with effective methods, evidence-proven strategies, and easy to follow culinary instructions to improve the quality of preparing meals in your home while reducing costs and simplifying your life. In our Culinary Medicine Coaching program, I will guide you to learn how to practice Mindful Eating, paying attention and being aware of your body’s hunger and satiety signals, and transforming your relationship with food into a more positive experience. Bringing awareness to the act of eating is to understand how your body responds to what you are putting into your body. You will find that eating is so much more than just what you are ingesting but an experience of connection with others – another pillar of Lifestyle Medicine!

Individual Sessions
of Culinary Medicine Coaching

Our Individual Culinary Medicine Coaching program runs on 8 sessions, 35 minutes each, once a week.

Our first session will focus on a thorough evaluation of your eating patterns, lifestyle, health concerns and goals.

Together we will create a plan and personalized approach based on your likes, dislikes and needs, in order to map out the best approach to strengthen your mind and body through nutrient dense food.

Our Culinary Medicine Coaching sessions will include easy to follow techniques, the right tools you need, smart grocery shopping and pantry makeover. For now, we are conducting individual sessions online only.

Group Sessions
of Culinary Medicine Coaching

Sessions of Culinary Medicine Coaching will include easy to follow techniques, smart grocery shopping advice, cooking essentials, storage recommendations, easy to follow recipes, mindful eating and a private group chat where you can ask questions and share your experiences.

The Group Program of Culinary Medicine Coaching runs for 8 weeks, each session is 45 minutes, once a week.

For now, we are conducting group sessions online only.

Group sessions are available for your business/practice.
