Oncology Wellness Coaching
Individual Oncology Wellness Coaching Sessions
Whether you have been recently diagnosed with cancer, are undergoing treatment or in remission, our personalized Oncology Wellness Coaching program will focus on your specific needs to move towards your health goals, including your emotional wellbeing and oncology nutrition and culinary medicine to strengthen your body’s immune function. As a facilitator of mindset and behavioral change, I will help you learn coping mechanisms, overcome challenges, increase resiliency, and cultivate a mindset more conducive to an improved quality of life. I also work together with your oncologist and health care team to ensure the best overall outcome.
We offer individual Oncology Wellness Coaching sessions on a 16-week program and 24-week program, in which we meet once a week online, in person, or video call. Continued sessions are available upon request.
Oncology Prevention Program
If you have a genetic predisposition, family history of cancer, or are interested in preventing other risk factors for cancer, our Oncology Prevention Program is the one for you. Studies have shown that lifestyle factors have the greatest impact on your health and cancer risk. Our 12-week program includes individual sessions of health and wellness coaching and culinary medicine coaching. You will learn how to implement healthy sustainable changes in your lifestyle to prevent cancer and chronic disease.
We meet once a week online, in person, or video call. Single maintenance sessions are also available once you have completed the program.
Care for the Caregiver Program
Caring for a loved one with cancer or chronic disease is a loving, selfless act. However, taking care of your own health is as important in order to have the emotional and physical strength to give of yourself to others. Studies show that the majority of caregivers lack sleep, which leads to exhaustion and irritability, and an increased risk of depression, anxiety, and overall illness.
Our Care for the Caregiver program is personalized to the caregiver, while focusing on the pillars of lifestyle medicine, teaching coping mechanisms and support for your emotional and physical health and wellbeing.
We offer individual sessions on a 12-week program, in which we meet online, in person, or video call. Single maintenance sessions are also available once you have completed the program.
